REFUND POLICY
Returns of products that have been sold through our Company Website are provided in the following cases:
1. if the product (s) delivered to you is defective, the Constantin Potou Group of Companies gives you the option to replace or refund your money within 30 days. The return to replace the product should be done together with all the documents that accompanied the product and its complete packaging.

Your order may be delayed for the following reasons:

In any case that the products are not returned to the headquarters of our company within 3 days, then the company may not accept any return and replacement.
