During its production it is subject to double sieve, something that differentiates Olive Cream from the olive paste. It is perfect if spread on bread or crackers as a healthy snack or appetizer. Try it on daily on pasta, grilled meat or fish and Greek style sandwiches with tomato and feta cheese. It is ideal for legumes, gourmet dishes and vegans.
